splintPod is a multiform adjustable foot support splint, designed with special consideration for use with
post-operative and post-traumatic conditions.

They can be customised to the foot and various readjustments can be made during use, for example when the foot swells during the healing process.

The short application time means that it can also be used in the emergency room or if the patient wishes to self-apply later.

Instructions for use

.

1) Place the foot in the rail to determine the shape of the splintPod.

2) Adjust the splint (without foot) to the correct shape by pulling/pressing the splintPod on the white shaded area (see image Features & Benefits).

3) Carefully place the foot in the pre-shaped splint, making sure that the foot is positioned in the corresponding heel recess. The foot should now be in a flat position in relation to the lower leg.

4) Secure with an elastic bandage.
